   It is with great honor and privilege that The Bitcoin Foundation embraces
   this opportunity to address the public on the state of current progress,
   obstacles and continuing steps in our mission.

0x01]: Accomplishments

  0x010: mod6 was able to build the 2019-05-15 version [R.03] of ave1's [R.04]
         musltronic GNAT, and get it deployed & working on Cuntoo.  mod6 created
         a blog post detailing the steps taken [R.05].

  0x011: mod6 was also able to build the 2019-09-24 (latest) version [R.06] of
         ave1's musltronic GNAT, and get it deployed & working on Cuntoo.  There
         is a blog post detailing the steps taken for this version also [R.07].

0x02]: Continuing Steps

  0x020: Now that mod6 has a working musltronic GNAT on his Cuntoo Test
         environment (and thereby also a working keccak vtron), he'll begin
         exploring a TRB build on the environment.  Problems and any possible
         remedies will be logged and posted upon the conclusion of the
         exploration.

0x03]: Expenditures

  0x030: 0.03230734 BTC for colocation services at Pizarro [April] [R.08].
